In February, Jones was at a strip club in Las Vegas where a melee and shooting occurred. Three people were hit including a manager/bouncer who is now paralyzed. Jones faces felony charges in connection with the incident.
The gunman hasn't been arrested.
Tommy Urbanski, who once worked at the Minxx Gentlemen's Club and Lounge, will file a lawsuit Thursday indicating that Jones isn't the only one to blame for his paralysis.
Urbanski contends that the NFL and Jones' team failed to reprimand Jones for previous actions, spanning a few years.
"The writing was on the wall because this guy already had problems in college," Urbanski said. "It wasn't like they didn't know this guy was a bad apple. Nobody turns a blind eye that much. They are more worried about putting people in the seats."

that lawsuit is ridiculous! I feel bad for the guy but the nfl and the titans had less to do with him getting shot than pacman did. According to Pac's attorney, this shows that Urbanski is out to get as much money as he can from anyone he can.

You know I hate it that the guy got paralyzed, but the NFL nor the Titans should be to blame for his situation. This is between pacman and the other people involved, and I agree, seeing this lawsuit makes me think that hes milking all the cash he can get..This isnt gonna go through..
