A third civil suit will be filed against suspended Titans cornerback Pacman Jones next week in Las Vegas, this one by the club employee who was paralyzed in the strip club shooting in February. Tom Urbanski, who was shot during the melee at the Minxx Gentleman's Club, will file a civil complaint against Jones and the exotic dancer group Harlem Knights, along with "other entities that are culpable in the injuries of my client,'' attorney Matthew Dushoff said Thursday night. Jones faces two felony counts of coercion stemming from allegations he threatened to kill Minxx employees and that he bit a bar bouncer in the melee. He has said he was an innocent bystander in the shooting and doesn't know who fired the gun.Titans coach Jeff Fisher asked if the team might be able to collect money from suspended CB Pacman Jones: "The Pacman Jones situation is in the Commissioner's hands. He's not practicing, he's not on our roster, he's not on the practice field, and we have moved on. That's all I can say about it. ... And I'm very very excited about the way this team is playing by the way. I think we're getting production out of our rookie returners. Nick Harper and Cortland Finnegan are playing solid outside, making tackles, not making mistakes. Both of them, ultimate team players. It's really been fun to watch."
