But what if he gets hurt so bad that he has no value to anyone? Then what is the loss to the Titans financially?

well then i guess it would be the same as if we lost a player for the rest of the season we wouldnt be able to use him and thus he would just be sitting in the medical room picking up his pay cheque every week and not playing a single down.

the only difference with this situation is that he will only be able to use the medical facility one a week and as far as i know even though he is under contract i dont think the team pays his full wages anyway, but should he get injured anyway i think that would get the ball rolling for the titans to release him. and i have been reviewing the rules he has to follow while getting involved in TNA and he is apparently not allowed to be within the vasinity of an 'Foreign Object' and get involved or be anywhere near any sort of fighting

That's why I thought they put the restraining order on him. At least this way, they should be able to get something for him.

If Pac Man were to get hurt, the Titans would void his contract and not have to pay him a dime.

So even if they had not put a restraining order on him, if he had wrestled and been seriously hurt, the Titans could just void his contract???

Re: Pac Man Jones Goes into Pro Wrestling

I'm sure there's something in his contract that states if he were to get hurt outside of football (playing other sports, whatever), the Titans could breach the contract without any consequences.
