The Titans might not be through adding to the roster, as Coach Jeff Fisher said the team had discussed the possibility of bringing former Tampa Bay Bucs defensive end Simeon Rice in for a workout. Rice was released Thursday by the Buccaneers, partly because of a shoulder injury and partly because of a hefty salary.

ha ha, this would be typical of us to bring in a player like Rice...i mean plain and simple its explained that the reason he was let go was becuase of a shoulder problem and a big salary...now why would a team want to go out and take a player like that unless they are desperate for DE's? i think that LaBoy and Vanden Bosch did very VERY well last season, not only as a DE unit but also becuase they spent most of the season playing with different DT's and out of the whole defensive line, those 2 were the only 2 not to spend most of the season in the medical rooms...

if we can get Rice on a cheaper contract to the one he has i would take him, but i wouldnt pay big bucks for a DE with a shoulder problem and a bruised ego
