Okay, rumor control time, Titans fans. I read on another message board somewhere that Vince Young had been injured and was possibly out for the season? Can't find any legitimate news sources to back that up, though. Can any Tennessee fans help me out here? Is this rumor true or false?

yeah dito to what titans#1 said. ive been following Vince's progress probably closer than his mother and i can say that he has no injuries be they season long or a sneeze 2 weeks ago. word is that he is happy and healthy and with the exception of David Givens and a few unrecongnisable players is doing well at training camp.

yup, the closet thing to an injury worry Vince has is some minor bruising on his hand but nothing major

well i hate to say this but if vy did get injured i believe thetitans would have a better chance to win with Collins in as the qb because he is way more accurate he gets rid of the ball quicker he has more experience and plus he fits into the type of offense that mike himerdinger wants to have better than vince does.not sayig vince is a bad player and im not saying he is hurting the team because he did turn the titans into a competitive team i just think right now collins is the better qb

Whoa, c'mn now, Collins is a fine backup but he isnt a starter, Vince Young is our leader..

Ok im not sure how this has got on to an all out panic about Vince being injured...i don't see anyone around here panicking...does anyone else?

Either way Vince has a minor injury as i mentioned, Collins would be a 'capable' backup but not the best in the world...but nothing to worry about

Hes been practicing this week without a bandage on his hand and all reports ive read say he is ready to go.

Yeah that's what i've heard, as far as i know they did a scan on his hand...found nothing wrong, so we should be ok to go
