| Re: Paul Williams Titans 3rd Pick I dont know I think this guy is a sleeper some teams have passed on, I guess 'the freak' comes from his coach who says his talent is freakish, every report ive read said hes a great guy very professional, I def dont think hes a trouble maker, his 40 was 4:40, ted ginn ran a 4:38 so this guy is fast, 6' 1" 200lb, heres a scouting report. POSITIVES: Paul Williams is one of the most physically gifted wideouts in this draft. He has good size, with a solid build, is an excellent athlete, and has very good speed. He can be an intermediate and red zone threat, but also has the ability to make big plays with the ball in his hands. Williams has a lot of upside, and could really develop in the NFL. NEGATIVES: Despite all his talent, Williams only had one great season. He needs to put in more work to live up to his talent. He has also battled injuries during his career, and must stay healthy to continue to develop. NOTES: Williams did not make much of an impact during his first two seasons with the Bulldogs, combining for just 10 catches and 90 yards. As a junior though, he became an All WAC performer, hauling in 43 passes for 729 yards and seven touchdowns. Williams came crashing down as a senior, as injuries limited his success and playing time. He only played in 7 games and had just 29 catches for 221 yards and a touchdown. Williams entered the year as a potential first rounder, but a disappointing senior season has made his draft stock slide. He still has the talent to be a first rounder, and a good showing in the post season could solidify him in the third round area. He has all the talent and could be a steal if he begins to play up to his talent level. |

| Re: Paul Williams Titans 3rd Pick I definitely agree that Williams is a sleeper. He is a talented and fast receiver. Tall lenghty. So he had injuries. he'll bounce back and having witness his work-ethic as part of my job and major at Fresno State I can really see Paul making a big impact. |
