Retired Titans jerseys

now on one of many bordem busting days i was searching through the titansonline page and found that one of the new players we picked up Cooper Wallace has been assigned the #89 jersey for the moment. now im a big fan of showing your appreciation for great players by not allowing anyone else to wear their jerseys, obviously some great Titans in the past have had their jerseys retired already, Warren Moon and Bruce Matthews spring to mind, so should Frank Wychecks number be retired along with some other Titans players such as Eddie George and Steve McNair:

Just for reference these are the players who's numbers are already retired:
Jim Norton #43 - Defensive Back
Elvin Bethea #65 - Defensive Lineman
Earl Campbell #34 - Running Back
Mike Munchak #63 - Offensive Guard
Bruce Matthews #74 - Offensive Line
Warren Moon #1 - Quaterback

Re: Retired Titans jerseys

Is Earl Campbell retired?

If not he rates ahead of Eddie George...though I would vote for George over McNair...

I would too but only because steves still playing, though i would rate wycheck ahead of eddie...what about kevin dyson? he did after all run back the music city miracle...it may be too early right now but he definitly should have his retired in the future. Come to think of it why isn't dyson playing anymore..he's relatively young to be retired...

Campbell was twice the back that Eddie was...just didn't have the supporting cast...Campbell could take over a game and literally run away with it...
