| Re: NFL to increase penalties for off-field transgressions & more so what do you guys think these 'further off field transgression' could be? maybe fines or ankle tagging players or stuff like that? also what are your opinions on the new rules that are to be enforced further down in the article? the one thing im confused about is how defensive players havnt had the on the field help already? what makes a defensive captain any different to a QB, i mean they still control a unit of the team and have to call plays on every down right?
