So Jeff Fisher says that everyones on the same page and that there is a plan--

"We have a good core of young players on our roster like LenDale and Brandon and the rest of the receivers, so we are in a good situation right now. In free agency there is a second tier that is really exciting and intriguing and it's going to be a good draft. We are not in a situation where we are in dire need of doing something right now. We are going to make prudent decisions based on need and based on people available.''


So from that I gather were not gonna sign anyone and just rely on the "good core of young players" and the draft. I dont know about this plan. I dont see how we will be better than the 8-8 team of last season. He said hes trying to keep us out of salary cap problems but why is it everyone is making big moves. Yes, even the browns. I dont understand but will just sit back watch... Whats everyones view on the plan?

to be honest i think the plan is rubbish and just a media stunt to keep everyone calm and happy becuase they have realised how much they have messed up. i mean i was reading one of the articles and it was saying about how Titans fans are making it clear how upset they are about the whole situation and i think that this was just to say "oh dont worry we know what we are doing." i agree we have a good crop of young players no doubt...but they shouldnt be our starters, they should be waiting in the wings in the shadows of some exprienced veterans until they are ready to come out but neither Jones nor White had a good enough season to be considered starters yet in my opinion.

like i said i think this is all a big cover up to say "we know what we are doing" *real meaning: we know we messed up, whoops*, "we have a good crop of young players" *real meaning: we have lost all our good veteran players*, Jones and White can do the job *we dont want to spend anymore money even though we have barrels full of it*
