i dont think this guy has done enough since he has been here to instil a lot of confidence that he is going to change this team around like everyone predicted he would based on his previous history at Seattle, lets look at what he has done:
Arrived for Press Conference
Said he wanted to push the team forward and "got stuck straight into work"
Stuck his head in the sand in the after math of the Pacman Jones case and continues to take no action at the moment
Released 2 veterans in Piller and Kinney
Allowed Drew Bennett to test the market "hoping he would come back to tennessee anyway"
Released Travis Henry becuase they couldnt work out the money for his contract even though we have a hell of a lot of it in the salary cap
Comments that he wanted Henry but didnt think he was worth the money to keep him on
Henry comes out and says he doesnt want to talk to Reindfeldt

so in the short space of time he has been here would anyone think im wrong in saying we should fire him and start a fresh before he causes this team anymore damage? maybe bring back Resse? he may have had his problems but i dont rememeber him doing things like this to us

FIRE him i was hoping good would come out of the offseason but it sure hasnt we have lost kinney,henry,and bennett.now we are struggling at the WR poisition and now we are going to have to hope white plays good next year and we are seeing more and more players that can really help our team out slip through our fingers suchas:clements,bly,smoot,and carter.

you know titans#1 that just sums everything up so far and basically what Reindfeldt has done since he has been here, he has made no progress to making us a better team, we took one huge step forward this season and now he has helped us to go 2 steps back, it just seems like we are in a tail spin and we wont be able to get out of it for another few season...AGAIN!

Hmm... could this be why Reese is no longer with the team? Maybe he was unwilling to make some of these moves, despite the insistance of ownership? Just curious. You guys would know better than I would if this was a feasible explanation.

I'm wanting to like the guy,really, but he keeps making these mistakes, after the season had ended I was crushed just by the fact that we had a minute chance of hitting the playoffs but was glad of the improvement, I wasnt thrilled about reese leaving but thought maybe a new guy can change somethings for better but this reinfeldt guy has done nothing but dig us further in a hole. bennetts situation I can see out of our hands 'cause thats a whole lot of money he got and I dont blame him, Henry on the other hand we could've kept and we told him to hit the streets even though he wanted to stay but be paid righfully so, All I keep hearing from this reinfeldt is I dont think so and so is worth that, All I know is theres still some good talent out there but there going fast and he better be looking into it. Even the nashville paper is saying that its embarassing and whats up with the front office. In my book he has 2 strikes and if he makes another bone headed move then I would say yea give me reese back or someone who can actually do the job right...
