the case against Pacman Jones after he was arrested for allegedly spitting in a womans face has been dismissed by a judge today. the judge said that there were to many inconsistencies in the case.

now i no Pacman isnt the nicest guy in the world and he has had his brushes with the law in the past, all of which have been dismissed as well, but do these inconsistencies in this case make anyone else start thinking that this is just another nobody who saw a young, hot headed NFL star and thought "im gonna see if i can get some of his green by accusing him of spitting at me" i mean he was outside a nightclub and spat at a woman SURELY there must be some hard evidence to prove that that happened right?

i no that one of the terms of his case being dismissed is that he stays out of trouble for 6 months, so will he do it? are we going to see a new Pacman next season? or will his good behaviour effect his on the field performance?

Oh, sure... Jones wouldn't have been the first player targeted by a scam artist because of a checkered past. The same thing happened to Michael Irvin a few years ago. Not saying it was a set-up, but the possibility is there. As for whether or not Pac-Man will turn over a new leaf? Well, I have my doubts... what would he learn from this incident that he didn't from the others?

well the only thing that would make me believe that he can change is that after his suspension this year he came back as a new guy and not only stayed out of trouble but was one hell of a player and had an awesome season after that
