The TN Titans mascot T-Rac has started a $20 million lawsuit by former New Orleans Saints quarterback Adrian McPherson.

It was a pretty funny story at the time. The Titans mascot was driving a golf cart before an Aug 12 preseason game between the Titans & the Saints when T-Rac ran over Adrian McPherson. It made Sports Center highlights & Jay Leno.

McPherson says the injury to his knee was the reason he was cut from the team. He's now out of the NFL & has signed with an Arena footbal team.

He is seeking $5 million in compensatory damages, plus $15 million more in punitive damages.

So who thinks this is just a stupid lawsuit and who thinks he's really due millions of dollars?

What do you think he'll actually get out of the Titans?

well ive always said that it was a ridiculous situation and the case against it is even worse, i mean players get injured and cut all the time but you dont see guys sueing Burger King becuase they got ill and got cut cos they were in the bathroom for the whole season with food poisioning, i think this is just McPherson trying to save face by saying "im not going to be known as the player who got cut from the NFL because of a mascot, so im gonna sue the pants off them and get my own kinda justice" which is just so pathetic.

in terms of the money i think we should just hand him over the remaning dollars he would have got paid for this season and leave it at that becuase thats all he deserves, i mean $20mil for a third string QB, who is he trying to kid? he was never going to get that with 10 more years in the NFL
