NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - Tennessee Titans defensive tackle Randy Starks agreed in court Tuesday to continue anger management counselling, and a domestic assault charge against him will be dismissed if he has no further incidents with the woman involved.

"It's not an admission of guilt," Starks' lawyer Roger May said.

If Starks continues the counselling he started after the incident on Aug. 12 and avoids any further situations with then-fiancee Tuere Tene Rodriguez, the charge of domestic assault will be dismissed in General Sessions Court.

thank God this happened, i was panicing a bit, getting withdrawal symptoms becuase we havnt had a player doing something bad in quiet a few weeks now that Pacman has cleaned up his act, well done by the way to him.

the thing im getting concerned about is that this isnt the first time we have had a player brought up on domestic assult charges, is there something in the water at the Titans playing field or something?

but now all we need is Vanden Bosch and LaBoy to get in trouble over something else and be in the papers and our entire D line will have been called for doing something illegal, we have Starks on beating up his wife, Haynesworth on stamping on someones head, now if they could put that much aggression into pushing over some offensive lineman we would have a lot more sacks this season
