The Tennessee Titans placed tight end Ben Troupe on injured reserve Wednesday with a broken right ankle, leaving the team without two of its top tight ends. The Titans placed veteran Erron Kinney on injured reserve on Oct. 13 after he needed further knee surgery. Ouch! For a team that, in the days of Frank Wycheck, used the tight end better than 99% of the league, this has got to be a major blow. Both Troupe and Eron Kinney are done for the season, and now rookie QB Vince Young has to put his faith in Ben Hartsock, a guy who has all of 6 catches in 3 seasons, to be his primary dump off valve. Will Hartsock work out in this role?

what about Bo Scaife? hes done excellent this season and if i remeber rightly the Eagles game was the only game he wasnt one of the top 2 or 3 recievers in the team. if this had happened last season we would be worrying but we have showen that we dont necesserally have to rely on out TE's, i mean we have Ledale and Travis '100 yard' Henry, a mobile QB in Vince Young and some good recievers, maybe not the best in the league but some good ones, plus we are 3-7, we arnt going to go to the playoffs this season so lets just have some fun, see which other teams we can screw over in terms of gettin into the playoffs and get ready for next season...when we win the super bowl
