Re: David Givens torn ACL

Ouch, tough break for the Titans, and particularly for Young, who needs all the WRs he can get right now!

Re: David Givens torn ACL

oh great that is just perfect...what was the purpose of drafting Givens anyway? has he at any point really benefited the team? i thouhght him coming in would be good for a rookie team and a batch of rookie recievers to have another veteran in the side but not only is he the fifth choice reciever (based on passes thrown to him) behind 2 TE but now he goes and gets himself injured for the season which means we have to either rely on our rookies and TE to pick up the slack or go and find some lame reciever who hasnt been good enough to get signed by week 10, to fill in for him...i guess the only good thing about him getting injured is the way he went out, very nobally he went out for the team getting injured blocking downfield on a Travis Henry run

anyway...on with the show...who is going to be seeing more of the ball now Givens has dissapeared? i think that we should mix it up a little, get some 2 RB sets and have LeDale and Travis catching more balls out of the outfield because besides Drew Bennett, Ben Troupe and Bo Scaife no one else is really picking up yardage, besides VY with his feet of course
