Jeff Fisher

ok, obviously we have had one of the longest, most viewed and most replied threads ive seen so far in the "Who Wants to Fire Coach Fisher?" thread which ended up become a Warren Moon discussion thread, but now we have been winning, Pacman has been disciplined, we have come off our bye week, brought in some new players and are generally looking like a better all round healthier team, do people still want Coach Fisher to get fired?

its understandable those who wanted him to get fired when we were all over the place and had a record of 0-5, but now we are playing A LOT better and are up to 2-5 are there still doubters around who think we should get rid of Coach Fisher? ive always been a fan of Coach Fisher and i believe he is the bery best coach we can have for a team like ours from the way he has stuck with us after such poor performances over the past few seasons when most coaches leave to go to other teams and become coordinators or go back to the college coaching game, coach fisher has stuck with us through thick and thin, brought in some good...and some bad players, taken us to the super bowl and given us some very good seasons.

so, at this point in time, are there still people who think we should fire Coach Fisher?

Re: Jeff Fisher

Yeah, good question, Alex. All seems quiet on the "Fire Jeff Fisher" front these days.

Re: Jeff Fisher

I say let's see how the season plays out. My guess is that Bud Adams is going to exercise Jeff Fisher's option next year. If nothing else, if Jeff Fisher decides to take another job with either Dallas, Arizona, or Washingtn (yeah, right), Bud Adams could seek compensation in the form of draft picks. That's puts Washington out of the running because they gave away all their draft picks for their celebrity players.
