Cool Re: Where do you see the Titans in 2008?

Welcome to GoteamsGo Homem and BK....It's really impossible to try and predict records for NFL teams from year to year. A lot depends on your schedule. Because of a weak schedule , teams typically can have big years onlyt to be overrated the following year because they have to play a more difficult schedule....Tampa and the Giants are case in points this year...

Re: Where do you see the Titans in 2008?

Next year we need some crucial pickups. Especially in the draft, I wouldn't mind picking up Calvin Johnson to compliment Bennet and Wade. The next round we need to pickup a safety and another good corner.

But, I can see us fighting for a wild card, getting it? I don't know.

Re: Where do you see the Titans in 2008?

Hey folks, well it is December 16th and the Titans have won four in a row and facing Jacksonville tomorrow at LP field. Vince is going to be on the cover of S.I. this Monday and is receiving Rookie of the Year Awards. He has more rushing yardage that Reggie Bush. Pac Man has showed remarkable improvement, on and off the field, and both sides of the ball seem to be getting it together. With this being said, I again raise the question, "Where do you see the Titans in 2008"? I still believe they will be in the playoffs in 2008, how about you?

My prediction you ask? Well If improvement continues at the present rate, I see the Titans making the playoffs with a record of 10 & 6 but not making it all the way to the big show. Dominate teams of the present, like the Colts, will be having the same problems the Titans are having right now with salary cap issues. I know I sound kinda vage in my prediction but that's because I want YOU to join in tell me what you think 2008 will hold.
Let's talk Titans!
10 and 6 are good numbers for the titans but im thinking more along the lines of 12 and 4 plus im in a good giving mood today

I don't see the Titans being that good just yet. I could see them competing for a wild card spot though. 9-7 is what I think they can look at doing but you can never rule out 10-6.

if young is on his game early in the season dont rule out 12-4 either cause it can very well happen

But what about the defense, run game, etc. Young can't win games by himself.
