week 6 deadline

we, like many teams in the NFL have not made any drastic advances for trades etc...now that the dealine is coming up, thats a good thing right? i mean some teams are bringing in players all over the place but as a 1-5 team we have the players we need, they seem to be gelling well together and obviously bringing in another player of two will screw us in terms of the salary cap come the offseason, so we are right in not making any trades now? i mean all i can think of is getting rid of Albert Haysworth for a draft pick as our D line seems to be doing well enough without him, apart from that i think bringing in another player would just disrupt the team now, am i right or does someone want to completly contradict me on this situation becuase this is a hard one to decide

Re: week 6 deadline

I say KEEP EM'. He has done good with us getting sacks and hundereds of tackles. He is starting to become Young Pacman not to mention the things he has done

Re: week 6 deadline

i can see Pacman becoming one of those many dissapointing draft picks in a few seasons and i wouldnt be suprised if he gets traded in the next few seasons as well, i just dont think he has stepped up and played like a first round pick, i can think off the top of my head 3 players that have overshadowed him that should be in his shadow Cortland Finnegan, Jonathon Orr and Bobby Wade, all those players were later picks than Jones in their respected drafts but have done more for the team in their time than i believe Pacman has, of course Pacman was thrown in as a starter but thats not the point, he STILL isnt perfoming as a starting first round pick in my opinion
