Titans Trade Deadline

Fisher seems to have lost patience with Haynesworth and lost confidence in Brown.
The trade deadline is about a week away
Anyone interested in dealing Haynesworth and Brown to the Raiders for Randy Moss? ( He is talented and not being used in Oakland)

Any other good trade possibilities out there?

Re: Trade deadline

Trades of that nature almost never happen in-season. If someone is traded at this point, it's likely for draft picks.

Re: Trade deadline

It would make a lot of sense for the Titans to trade Brown for any pick. He is gone at the end of the season anyway.

Re: Trade deadline

I agree there, if they can get a draft pick for Haynesworth, they should jump on that deal. I don't know but I'd assume his teammates and coaches are not too happy at all with him and a change of scenary could help both parties.

But again, I don't know what they could get. Unless a team is in dire need of a big tackle (and remember, he's serving a suspension), perhaps a 2nd day pick.

Re: Titans Trade Deadline

i think we should get an O or D lineman because we defiantly need one, i believe even if we get the first overall pick Reese is gonna **** it up somehow and go and trade some Waterboy or something (no reference to the popular movie featuring Adam Sandler)

i think the risk about getting rid of Brown is that should Henry get injured, that leaves us with LeDale White and is he ready to pick up the reigns of being a starting RB yet? no doubt hes a great player and works excllently in the tandum with Henry but i dont know if hes quiet ready to the a starter on his own.

conclusion: forget draft picks because reese will screw it up, get a few lineman and keep brown even if he drops to thrid string as a "just incase" back

Cool Re: Titans Trade Deadline

Welcome to GoTeamsGo TitansWest and Music City Miracles. I agree with Music City: The Titans are rebuilding and should trade any and all vets for draft picks....Titans West: I understand what you're trying to accomplish with Moss, but do you really want to swap one headache (Haynesworth) for another?
