i guess the easiest way to ask this question is the simplest, are we ready yet? were we ready to being the season with the roster we had? and now we have lost some key players, or some players may not be able to play at 100% namely Robario Smith and Travis Henry, are we ready to for another 14 games? it just seems that some teams are clicking really well, there are no major problems and they go into every week thinking they might win. we however seem to have a lot of problems all over the field and we think every sunday thinking that we would like to win or hope we win. so my question simply is, were we and are we ready for this season?

I dont think we were ready. The starting quarterback position has been a problem since training camp. It came down to picking up a person who has turned out to be well. Young is still under developed to start. We have 3 decent running backs at which 2 cant play at a hundred percent yet. And theres far too many injurys for this soon in the season. Starting out 0-3 is starting to look like a worse season than last year.

But its Management's duty to be ready. Doesn't the season fall on the coaching staff?...This team is in disarray...The buck has to stop some where...someone has to step up and say, "we aren't ready, and darn it...its my fault!"
