Travis Henry is one of four Tennessee Titans who did not practice yesterday. Henry and starting right tackle Jacob Bell are both listed as questionable with toe injuries, while fullback Ahmard Hall has an ankle sprain and defensive tackle Robaire Smith tweaked his hammy. If Bell's out, consequently, the AP is reporting that David Stewart will make his first NFL start in his place. How will these injuries impact the upcoming game with the Chargers?

If Henry doesn't play against the Chargers, it's just another reason why San Diego will probably walk to victory. Henry looked good against the Jets but can they rely on his back-up?
