all the answers to the speculation about a Billy Volek move seem to all be summed up in one sentence by Coach Fisher today...when asked if there was a possibility of Billy being traded Coach Fisher simply explained that Volek has a "no-trade clause" in his contract, which from what i understand means that Volek cannot seek a trade himself but if personal terms are agreed between the two parties that Titans can look to trade Billy, these terms could be Volek's party saying that he will not play for the Titans unless he is traded...

so for now Billy is a Titan, but something that may concern him is that coach Fisher also issued another statement today suggesting that Vince Young WILL BE the number 2 QB....however the number 1 QB is still to be decided and the final decision will be made on September 10, so Collins and Volek have a week to work their asses off and by the start of the first game one will be an NFL starter while the other will be warming the bench as a third string QB
