6 Titan PSL's for sale. Section 136, Row L, Seats 1-6

Include season tickets and (1) lot "A" parking pass.

Seats are located on the 43 Yd line, 12 rows up from the bottom,behind the Titans bench. THESE ARE SOME OF THE BEST SEATS IN THE STADIUM.

All 6 seats will be sold to the highest offer. These Psl's were purchased from the Titans when the stadium opened. They were purchased for
$ 4,500 each.
All 6 season tickets including the A parking pass were purchased for
$ 4,145.00

They belong to a company that is being forced to liquidate them. They must be sold.
I have no idea if PSl's are selling for more than they were when the stadimum opened. I thought they might be worth $ 5K each? You probably know this answer.

So you've got face value between the PSL's and the season tickets of a little over $30k. Too rich for me.

Is there a deadline on the sale? How will you determine if you'll sell them as a set of 6 or split off 4 or a pair?

The seats must be sold in 3 weeks. If they are not sold as a group in 2 weeks,It's time to break them up.

So what do you think about the Titans chances this year, Adrian? Think you'll get to see some wins from those great seats?

We might pull of a 1-0 to start, but it may be 3 games later before we have another chance for a win. My biggest concern is not the QB position, it is the defense, mainly the secondary. It seems to be a combination of youth, inexperience, and worst of all immaturity( jones ). I am not a fair weather fan, so I will definitely stick with them. What do you think about young?

PSL's are selling generally at face price + transfer fees.

PSL's are worth more than face value. Atleast to me. I own the PSL's now and will not ever consider selling them for face value.The upper's, ya, they might be, but not Club or the lower's.

To you maybe, but to some your making a profit over and above what they are worth. Thus the reason no one pays rediculous prices.

Value and price are in the eye of the beholder. Since there's no law governing prices of tickets & PSL's they're worth whatever a buyer & seller agree upon.

If abellew wanted to sell his tix at a profit, that's between him & the buyer. Just like with the ticket brokers that advertise here, there's nothing wrong with making a profit on tickets. Nobody's forcing anybody to pay for something they don't want. It's market forces at work.

But in this case, abellew bought something he wanted and has no plans to sell at any price. Sounds like he got what he considers a fair deal on these PSL's & they're now worth more to him than he paid. Nothing wrong with that at all.

That's true, but is the market high on those right now, since PSL are offered yearly, you see the same game no matter what seat your in. I'd probably be looking to make a profit on mine if I was to get out from underneath the 2 I have.
