DRays Claim Chris Snelling
Last week, the Devil Rays claimed outfielder Chris Snelling off waivers from the Oakland Athletics.

He only played 30 games in the majors last year, compiling 17 hits and 10 runs in the process.

If he can stay healthy, he may be able to compete for a roster spot in spring training. Otherwise, I don't think he'd get much playing time in a talented Tampa outfield.
