Re: What' with Ty Wigginton this year?... If he were to continue the season on pace (which he won't) he will finish with 75 homeruns and 188 RBIs. But since he is not Barry Bonds during the 2001 season, that is not possible.

Re: What' with Ty Wigginton this year?... Wigginton is a tough player in the fact that he will always give 110% effort. He can also play multiple positions so his fantasy value is even more helpful. However, in the longrun...his offensive production will be limited. I don't care what he's doing now, I watched him for 2 full seasons and his max ability I'd say is about .280, 20-25 HRs, 80 RBI. Not bad at all but not an all-star by any means.

Re: What' with Ty Wigginton this year?... Actually, those statistics could be All-Star potential. That would only be if there wasn't a better third-baseman in the AL. Sorry, Ty Wigginton, but Alex Rodriguez stole your spot for the next four years.
