According to a NY Post report and MLB Trade Rumors, the Devil Rays are willing to trade Ty Wigginton to the New York Yankees for reliever Scott Proctor.

It seems the Yanks are intent on dealing Proctor for a bat, perhaps a guy who can play 3B.

ya i was reading a short piece that the devil rays would give the yanks ty wigington or however you spell it, i know he is hitting pretty good but not sure he wont be like craig wilson or any other random tradedealine/waiver trade the yanks have made

The Devil Rays better be interested in Scott Proctor...Anybody who can pitch out of the bullpen...I mean this weekend against the Yankees, it was beyond a joke....I could have hit one in the monuments...I hate to pick on the Devil Rays but this is very bad for baseball iin general....
