D-Rays Decline Meadows' Option

On Friday, the Tampa Bay D-Rays announced they declined the option on reliever Brian Medows. The option would have paid Meadows over $1 Million but he has said he will be willing to come back to Tampa for a lesser amount.

For those Tampa fans out there, how was Brian Meadows throughout last season?

Re: D-Rays Decline Meadows' Option

Well as a Yankee fan and seeing 19 Tampa-Yankee games last year, I dont remember Meadows making an impact in any of those games really. The real guy in their bullpen is Seth McClung, hes the guy they should be worried about keeping
