| Bucs Signed Derrick Ward Former New York Giants running back Derrick Ward signed a four-year, $17 million deal with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. $6 million guaranteed, and $9.25 million in the first two years. He's expected to take over the starting role for the Bucs this coming season.

| Re: Bucs Signed Derrick Ward I would have rather lost Bradshaw. Ward is a good running back. However I don't think he will be as good with any other teams but the Giants. The Giants have a great offensive line, had a receiver who forced the secondary back and they gave him hand-offs in situations other teams wouldnt. He was a big part of the Giants running game and I am sad to see him go.
