Tampa Bay Buccaneers, 9-5, will host the 6-8 San Diego Chargers.

It is unclear whether or not Jeff Garcia will start at QB for the Bucs. If he does, he should have a good game.
In spite of his team's poor record, QB Phillip Rivers is having a good year. He has thrown 28 TD with 11 interceptions, has a 64.6 completion and 101.4 QB rating.
Still, Tampa's defense is 9th in the league.
Who wins here?

Yes, I think it would have made a big diff. Garcia is a whole different type of quarterback. A whole lot better one too.

Garcia sucks. We are the only team in the NFL with (3) #2 QB's. Gruden should have started Luke McCown. McCown took all the first team practice snaps that week. Luke was preparing all week to be the starter. 3 hours before game time, Gruden chickened out. Gruden has no trust in young QB's and is the reason why we will never develop a young franchise QB in Tampa. We will forever have an old beatup, washed up QB under Center as long as "The Offensive Genius" is the coach.
