You could consistently see that Garcia wasn't in a groove with his receivers. Garcia didn't play a down in the entire pre-season so most people could see this coming.

Most of the time, Garcia gets out on the field before a game, throws his passes well, and he is off to a winning game.

If you looked at him before the game, you could obviously see him getting frustrated with himself and his receivers.

So, why did Gruden hold Garcia back for the pre-season and training camp ?
