| Re: Buccaneers sign David Boston TAMPA, Fla. - Receiver David Boston, who has missed most of the past two seasons, signed a contract with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Wednesday.
Boston, a Pro Bowl selection in 2001 when he had 98 receptions for the Arizona Cardinals, was limited to five games over the past two years with the Miami Dolphins because of injuries.
All five of those games came in 2005, when he caught four passes for 80 yards before being placed on injured reserve with a knee injury. Anyone know why Miami didn't keep him?...Boston is still worth a look...he is a big target receiver...glad to see someone taking a chance on him...not sure the Bucs are the right offense for him. I really think Miami could have benefited from this kid. |
