Bucs unlikely to trade Simms

The story is the Bucs will be unable to trade Chris Simm. His base salary is to be $2 million this year, and teams may be shying away from that.

Would you want to pay $2 million in guaranteed money to a guy with a serious medical condition like Simms spleen issues? Seriously, the kid may be able to make a full recovery and be a good quarterback. Or he may never be the same, and that would be one awful expensive gamble for another team to make. Ultimately he'll get cut and sign on somewhere for league minimum, I think.

What are the odds of the Bears taking a chance on him. They need a QB and I think he is better than anything they have now.
