Tampa Bay selects Dexter Jackson

Interesting pick here... in the second round, the Bucs picked up Appalachian St. WR Dexter Jackson. Jackson was the fastest wide receiver available in 2008, and with some work could turn into a viable deep threat. He can also return kicks and punts, and will likely be asked to do so immediately. Jackson's raw but appears to have game-changer potential. Good pick?
