| Should Bucs, Simms part ways? Chris Simms has announced that he is not going to the optional offseason workouts. GM Bruce Allen says he plans to take 5 qbs to camp, but doesnt say which fivr. The Bucs have Jeff Garcia, back up Brian Griese, Luke McCown, and Bruce Gradkowski. Dont forget the wayward Jake Plummer and the Bucs might draft a qb. Simms appears to be healthy and ready to play. | Re: Should Bucs, Simms part ways? Yes, they need to part ways. Simms averaged 8 batted down passes per game - very frustrating to watch. But he definitely would be a very capable backup QB somewhere else... |
