Carter returns to Bucs
Kevin Carter wasnt happy about being cut from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers a month ago, but apparently he didnt take it personally.
He resigned for a second season with the team.
Carter played all 17 games last season, starting 14 times. He had 73 tackles, 3 sacks, one forced fumble and one recover fumble. He also knocked down a pass.
