Bucs tried to get Keyshawn

ESPN's Chris Mortensen reports that the Buccaneers contacted Keyshawn Johnson's agent after receiver Maurice Stovall was lost of the season after suffering a broken arm.
The Bucs were interested in bringing back Johnson, even though his career with the Bucs ended with Keyshawn being sent home without pay for the last six weeks of the season.
Meanwhile, Jay Glazer of FOX reports that Johnson could re-join the Tuna with the Fins, either as a player or as a member of the front office.

The Bucs... wanted... Keyshawn... back???

That's not even funny. Treat the guy like Public Enemy #1 when you dump him, and then come crawling back when you have a need at wideout?

They could have used him today, no?

And I just don't see him mixing in with the Tuna in an office environment...I mean, what does he bring to the table in that capacity?...Though if truth be told, I like Johnson more than the Tuna.
