Jon Gruden and his family have moved from their Carrollwood home to a two-story house in the exclusive Avila neighborhood of north Tampa.
According to records obtained from the Hillsborough County Property Appraiser Office, the five-bedroom house was purchased in May for $3.3 million. Bucs general manager
Bruce Allen owns an Avila home 1.7 miles away.
