The Tampa Bay Bucs put injured quarterback Chris Simms on injured reserve today, officially ending his season. As the AP reports, "Simms has been sidelined since having his spleen removed after taking several hard hits during a loss to Carolina on Sept. 24. He was hopeful of playing again this season until doctors told him last week that the earliest he might be able to return would be late December." Luke McCown was activated from the PUP list to take his place on the Buccaneer roster. Reactions to these moves?

This will likely be the end of his career with the Bucaneers. He's going to be a free agent at the end of the year and you have to believe they like Gradkowksi or at least, they'll go find a veteran in free agency. Let's all hope Simms can make a full recovery whenever possible.
