The Orange of Syracuse have named sophomore Andrew Robinson their starting quarterback. It's not like they had many attractive options, Robinson is the only QB on the team to have played in a game.

He came in during garbage time last season against Rutgers. He led the offense on a solid drive of 80+ yards. He only has one touchdown to his name so far...in that game against Rutgers.

I don't think many expect much out of Syracuse this year, most definitely with a glorified rookie leading the team. Can Robinson lead the Orange back to prominence?

Andrew Robinson is the only quarterback on the team who has played in a game, seeing action sparingly in five contests as a true freshman. He completed 3 of 8 passes for 20 yards and one touchdown, in the season finale at Rutgers, and one interception. He also ran nine times for 28 yards.

That doesn't exactlly instill me with confidence if I'm a Syracuse fan.
