Syaracuse beat Cincy in the 1st round of the Big East Tourney after Gerry McNamara drove the full length of the court and hit a running 3 point shot with 1/2 a second to go.

Then after a timeout and 1/2 a second left, Cincy inbounded the ball and chucked a ball from half court that was right on line but hit the front rim and bounced off.

What does everyone think of Cincy's chances to get into the tourney?

That was a good ending to that game.

I think Cincy is still in. They have had a good second half of the year, have a good record, are #31 in the RPI, played the 4th toughest schedule, and play in a monster conference. I am usually all for taking a good mid-major team instead of a mediocre big conference team but I still think Cincy makes it. If nothing else Cincy needs to make it so CBS can set up the Huggins cam and we can watch him getting drunk and trying to make a beer run during halftime of the game.
