Hi, Just curious whom change my Avatar and why ?

Uh oh, I didnt change it but I know why. The other one was too big. I thought I downloaded the correct size but by looking at the old one I can tell it wasnt. (I probably know who did it too, but if they didnt rat on me, I wont on them)
If you arent happy with it snooker, we can change it. Only I cant make it bigger.
Question to whomever: If its too big, then why is it accepted?????
