GFX section

Here is a section suggestion/request
I think we should have a GFX section for requests rating/hating and general discussion.

The GFX can only be for sports and sports only.
It will allow our users to have an oppurtunity to have a custom banner than an internet one like for google or something

Admins. please consider this.
