So, for those who don't know me, I am a die hard Smoke fan. I have been for years. Now on to my question. Who do you think will give Smoke's team its first win, Ryan or Tony?

As much as I am a Smoke fan, I really can't tell. Ryan has been running awesome. I would love to see both of them win one this year.

Can someone answer me another question? How can a brand new team (ok, so its a Hendrick team, but still) have Ryan finishing better than Penske did?

I think Tony will get the first win and probably in the 600.

Also I don't know. Probably is all that Hendrick power that is doing it.

Just about any driver with any amount of talent can take a HMS machine and drive it well (sans Jr.)

Actually Penske is pulling stuff together as Kurt is running better than last year. I don't think Ryan meshed with Penske. Ryan is very talented and underrated most of the time.

Junior can drive it fine, his issues are stopping (ie, driving past pit stall, sliding through pit stall, not coming to pit road), but I get what you're saying Curves. Penske is looking up, but nowhere near what SHR has pulled off.

Right not it's a toss up. They are both running in the top 5-7 about every race!

I'm thinking Tony in the 600 too, he's always good at Charlotte, he should've won last year but he blew a tire, everything is going right for them right now, it's happening soon, and I think it's the next points race. Tony Stewart will win the Coke 600

Yep...his issues are stopping! He only had 1 pit road problem this week rather then 3!

As for the question...I don't think Stewart will get a win in the Coca Cola...ain't sure when he will get it...sometime this year! But I am sure he will get it before Newman does. Newman just started coming together at Dega, while Stewart has been decent all year.

You really think it's gonna take until the end of July for him to pull one off? I'm thinkin (after looking closer at the schedule) if its not next weekend for coke 600 it will be Sonoma (Infineon) for Smoke with the win at a road course.

Thats this weekend... lol... my weekends run as follows:

Beginning of week = day after race
This weekend = upcoming race
This past weekend = past race
Next weekend = race after this upcoming race (or the next points race, if there is a non-points race between)

And I know its all star, but maybe he'll win that too... Lol

P.s. - See how good at excuses I am... and they just pop into my head... I'd make an awesome VP of Competition... Look out Pemberton, I'm coming for your job.

Tony should run well in the 600! He should do well at Dover as well, not sure about Pocono but we have Michigan and then Sonoma and he always runs great there!
