This season's Cup win means a ring needs to go from the Stanley Cup - they need to accomodate the next 13 years worth of winners. So that means 1941 through 1953 will be removed. the Leafs won the Cup in 42, 45, 47, 48, 49 and 51.
Gone.
The next year to replace a new ring will be 2018, and that will remove the Leafs' wins in 62, 63 and 64.
So the only Stanley Cup Toronto Maple Leaf victory noted on the Stanley Cup itself will be the 1967 win.
Man we have some winning to do over the next decade or so.

I'm sure they do go to the hockey hall of fame-apparently the original ring has been stolen before and it was found seven years later in a parking lot.
