Tomas Holmstrom lent the Cup to his cousin and hi cousin The right winger, Robert Sundstrom had his baptized his seven-week-old daughter Alva Felicia today

This is in Holmstrom's hometown of Pitea in northern Sweden.
"Tomas came up with the idea when we were sitting in his summer cabin kitchen a week ago," Sundstrom said. "Me and my wife thought it would be fun to christen our daughter in such a priceless object."
The Cup's been around, that's for sure. This has got to be a new use.

Honestly I don't think this is a new use. But you gotta love the tradition of everyone getting 1 day with the cup. The traditions and rules behind this valuable trophy are what make the sport so special. Not to mention the amount of hard work people put in to win this sucker.
