The Montreal Canadiens have won the most cups ever -- 24 in total, according to various sources. Behind them are the Toronto Maple Leafs (13 total under various names) and then the Detroit Red Wings (10).

From what I can see, the teams that have never won the Cup are: Los Angeles Kings, St. Louis Blues, Buffalo Sabres, Vancouver Canucks, Washington Capitals, Winnipeg Jets/Phoenix Coyotes, San Jose Sharks, the current Ottawa Senators, Anaheim Ducks, Florida Panthers, Nashville Predators, Minnesota Wild, Columbus Blue Jackets. That's quite a list.
