Linehan only had four years of pro coaching experience, all as an offensive coordinator, first with Minnesota (2002-04) and last season with Miami. Is he REALLY ready for the challenge of rejuvenating a 6-10 team?

And we're going to require a lot out of them... If you don't learn to practice at full speed all the time, especially when you're a young team, you just can't turn the switch on and off." Just hope he doesn't overdo it like Butch Davis did in Cleveland a few years ago. |
