St. Louis Rams coach Scott Linehan is singing the praises of his team's 5th round draft pick, Marques Hagans. Big time. According to the above story, Hagans was really effective at rookie camp, and has shown a mix of talent, maturity and intelligence that makes it look like he'll catch on as a #4 WR and a kick returner. He's short though at 5-10. Can he make it in the NFL?
