John David Washington, a 5-foot-10, 200-pound running back was among 10 undrafted players signed by the Rams. He played for Division II Morehouse College last year. Here's what the St. Louis Post-Dispatch had to say about Denzel and son: Actor Denzel Washington, whose son John David Washington is trying to make the Rams' roster at running back, attended Thursday's game. He watched the game in owner Georgia Frontiere's luxury box along with his wife and three other children. Frontiere did not attend the game. Entering the game in the fourth quarter, John David carried four times for 15 yards, with a long carry of 8 yards. Afterwards, Denzel posed for pictures outside the Rams' locker room and then gave his son -- the halfback -- a hug when John David came out in street clothes. Not many pictures of this guy on the web. .JPG) Anybody think Denzel's son can make the Rams team?

| Re: St. Louis Rams Sign Denzel Washington's Son John David Washington has spent the past two seasons on the St. Louis Rams' practice squad. Any franchise can "take" a player off another franchise's practice squad...BUT, that player must be on the 53-man roster for the entire year. |
