Scott Spiezio cut

The St. Louis Cardinals have cut utilityman Scott Spiezio.

Why? Because there's an arrest warrant out for him for drunken driving and assault stemming from a six-car crash in December.

Good. I couldn't stand him when he was on the Angels.

If he were younger and more productive, they would be making excuses for him instead of cutting him.
